This pretty little variety of Colorado Spruce is fairly new to the market. Originating in Deurne, the Netherlands, in 1990 and is a cross between a female Picea pungens Glauca and an unknown male variety of Picea pungens.

Slow growing, only putting on approximately 10cm in height each year, rarely exceeding 3m at maturity makes this ideal for any size garden where a dash of colour is required.

The vibrant blue spikey needles with silver overlay intensify in colour as the tree matures, forming a dense pyramidal habit.
